Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence,
Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you'll help
develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate
actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of
missions. The Electronic Systems Sector is looking for an
Electrical Hardware Design Engineer/Manager with an emphasis in
analog design. Are you looking to utilize your electrical design

we have been supporting the F-16 for over 30 years and have been
designing new technologies for performance improvements and
sustainability. This dynamic position requires a collection of
solid design skills along with methodical trouble shooting of
various systems. The individual will serve as an Analog Hardware
Design Lead along with performing as a first line discipline
supervisor for a group of hardware engineers in support of the
C4ISR business area in the F-16 test equipment and support areas.
Working closely with our engineering product leads, this leader
will be responsible for the successful capture planning and
execution of our C4ISR hardware programs, including technical
oversight, staff planning, performance monitoring and metrics
reporting. This leader must have extensive electrical design
experience. This position reports to the business area Hardware
Engineering Discipline Lead which is part of a diverse,
enthusiastic and highly productive team, where each employee has
the opportunity to grow their skills and wok on challenging

Experience, & Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of work experience or
equivalent experience is needed.
- Requires current/active Secret security clearance with ability
to be cleared Top Secret
- Highly familiar with electrical hardware design processes
- Demonstrated project and people leadership skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
- Demonstrates the leadership ability (Engineering Planning &
Project Launch, Driving Technical Performance, and Risk &
Opportunity Management) to understand and oversee the relevant
product technologies of the business area programs.
- Understands the Hardware Engineering Process and acts as the HW
process application expert relevant to their specialty providing
the appropriate instantiation of process for the programs under
your purview.
- Perform as Independent Assessor during Design Reviews and Peer
Reviews.
- Perform project development work on contracted programs, as
required.
- Participates in the hiring process and is responsible for
developing, mentoring, counseling, and evaluation performance of
subordinates.
- Will be involved in program proposal development relevant to
the product roadmaps.
- Works and partners with the business area and program
engineering leads on program execution strategies as well as
business strategies.
- Responsible for personnel management (PDR Assessments,
Promotion Planning, HR issues, etc.).
- Responsible for Career Development Plans of your employees, and
providing the tools required for them to perform their

- Master's degree and/or equivalent work experience a plus
- Familiarity with C4ISR product domains preferred

Range: $140690 - $239140Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
