Job Description:
A company is looking for a Creator Success Strategy Manager to
drive the success of scaled creator initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Scale and manage 1:many webinar programs and creator challenges
Lead logistics and execution of creator challenges, including prize
distribution
Analyze data related to initiatives and provide actionable insights
for strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, sales enablement,
curriculum development, or business administration
3+ years of experience in project management, data analysis, or a
related field
Public speaking experience with the ability to present
engagingly
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their
functionalities
