      Requirements:

        Active Unrestricted CA License
        
        
      • 
        1 year in the last 3 years In-Field Home Health Experienced RN. Palliative care experience preferred.

        Active BLS-- certification - required
        
        
      • 
        Job License/Certification(s) Required: RN
        
        
      • 
        Valid Driver's License
        
        
      • 
        Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
