Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Web Strategy to lead
their web strategy and enhance user experiences across digital
channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overarching web strategy to improve
conversion rates and drive growth
Oversee site management, technical oversight, and ensure compliance
with web accessibility standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align site experiences
with marketing campaigns and product launches
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in integrated web strategy and managing
complex websites, preferably in tech or B2B SaaS
3+ years in a team lead role with experience managing
cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of web technologies, including CMS platforms,
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Functional understanding of SEO best practices and technical SEO
levers
Proven success in website optimization and personalization to
enhance user experiences
