A company is looking for an Associate Director, Leadership
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Leadership Curriculum for commercial
teams
Partner with internal departments to assess learning and
development needs
Design and manage learning strategies to enhance organizational
capability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with eight years of experience, Master's Degree
with six years, or a Ph.D
Two years of management experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech
industry
Two years of experience in commercial training or health
education
In-depth knowledge of the specialty therapeutics market is
preferred
