Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Program Manager to lead our Intelligence Surveillance
and Reconnaissance (ISR) Solutions Team that delivers ISR products
and engineering services to enable our defense (DoD) and
intelligence community (IC) tactical warfighters, operators, and
analysts to utilize networked sensors, vehicles/assets, and
platforms to perform a variety of national security driven
missions. We are looking for experienced individuals who are
prepared to employ state of the art technologies to build and
deploy end-user centric products that support ISR missions
(software and systems).The Program Manager will be responsible for
the oversight and overall delivery of ISR solutions developed for
multiple customer program offices. These responsibilities include
serving as the primary BAE customer interface for the program
including day-to-day schedule, cost, and performance management as
well as longer term strategic growth plans. The PM is responsible
for all aspects of company contract performance including technical
capability delivery, schedule, budget, and personnel management.
The PM will guide the customer in identifying mission needs,
defining requirements, developing project plans, and accepting
solutions. The PM reports on and manages compliance with internal
BAE company processes. The PM works with BAE leadership and
functional support organizations including engineering, contracts,
sub-contracts, finance, and security, to define and offer solutions
to the customer. The PM will lead the cross-functional team of
Analysts, Systems Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts to lead
proposal, contracting, and execution tasks.Required Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Program management experience on related DoD and/or other US
government programs.
- College degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university or
equivalent experience and minimum 10 years' work experience in a
technical field related to ISR technologies.
- 5+ years technical supervisory/management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills including active listening,
negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- High degree of attention to detail and organization
skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while
maintaining cooperative relationships with peers within the
company.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience interacting with government contracting and
acquisition processes.
- Relevant subject matter expertise in ISR systems.
- Experience managing program(s) with budgets greater than
$20M/year.
- Earned Value Management or equivalent planning and budgeting
experience.
- Experience serving as the primary customer interface for a
program, with responsibility for development, implementation, and
execution of an overall strategy.
- PMP certification.
- Agile software development experience.Pay InformationFull-Time
Salary Range: $164000 - $278800Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
