Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN for
part-time evening shifts and rotating weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health
patients
Utilize technology and EMRs for charting and documentation during
calls
Communicate empathetically with patients while adhering to
established protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly
preferred
Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED, surgical
services, or critical care
Ability to complete three weeks of remote paid training
Must be available to work every other weekend and some holidays
