Position description
The Division of General Internal Medicine and Health Services
Research in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School
of Medicine at UCLA is recruiting full-time clinician educators at
the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor ranks for
multiple primary care practices in Southern California.
Responsibilities include a minimum of 36 hours per week of direct
patient care; clinical teaching of medical students and/or
residents; participation in creativity in a variety of professional
activities including those that may involve teaching, scholarly
contributions and administration; and participation in university
or public service.
The successful candidate must be board eligible or board certified
in a primary specialty. Demonstrated skill in clinical teaching and
professional practice is required. An M.D. or D.O. is required. A
California medical license is required.
