Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Intake Associate to support
their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate and timely data entry of patient order information
Collaborate with various teams to ensure correct order handling
Identify issues and trends to develop best practices for customer
service
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent
experience
Expert knowledge of Mac OS X
Must be able to type 70+ wpm and 7,000+ KPH
Ability to handle complex issues and workflows
Must have a HIPAA compliant workspace
