Job Description:
A company is looking for a Knowledge Coordinator - Garnishments
to support organization-wide knowledge sharing and maintain the
Service Delivery knowledgebase.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain knowledge articles for internal and external
use
Perform gap analyses to identify knowledge needs and implement
enhancements
Monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program to ensure
quality and quantity of knowledge
Required Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of prior experience with documentation and/or training,
preferably in an outsourcing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
SharePoint
Working knowledge of BPaaS and/or Workday service delivery is
preferred
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
