Fluidra's seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team
at our west coast office in Carlsbad, CA.

Fluidra is on the lookout for a super enthusiastic and
uber-talented Senior Graphic Designer to be the rockstar of our
dynamic marketing team. You'll be the maestro behind shaping the
visual identity of our brands and products across all channels.
From concept inception to the final masterpiece, you'll be the
driving force, making sure our designs are not just good but
jaw-dropping! If you're a motivated and talented designer ready to
make a splash, this is the gig for you.You'll be partnering with
the Art Director to guarantee that our visuals not only meet
standards but also embrace out-of-the-box thinking- always staying
fresh and cool! We're in the midst of some serious brand expansion
and evolution, and we need a conceptual thinker like you! Someone
always keeping the bigger picture in mind. Additionally, you
will:
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Marketing Managers,
Product Managers, and fellow designers to address project
objectives. This includes determining the most suitable style,
technique, and medium to achieve the desired effect/result.
- Lead projects from ideation to well-defined concepts and
through to execution. Demonstrate the ability to articulate and
present detailed design breakdowns at the component level,
explaining creative decisions to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute significantly to the design and production of a
diverse range of projects spanning from print, digital, video, and
3D mediums. Examples include brochures, packaging, POPs, marketing
collateral, animation, motion graphics, and 3D designs.
- Maintain strict adherence to established workflow processes,
ensuring timely completion of jobs according to required
specifications.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, demonstrating a keen
eye for consistency throughout all aspects of design work.
- Understand and comply with established brand and industry
guidelines to ensure cohesive and effective design outcomes.
- Establish and maintain clear file organization and output.What
We Seek
- 10+ years of work experience in the field of graphic
design.
- Showcase a robust portfolio featuring visual and brand design
work.
- Demonstrate a proficiency of 3+ years in 3D, Video, motion
graphic, and animation designs.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of design principles and
best practices, both in print and digital contexts.
- Display organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and a
proactive work approach, requiring minimal prompting from
supervisors.
- Proficiently use Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma, Keyshot/CN4D, and After
Effects, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Embrace a collaborative team-player mentality, with a genuine
interest in learning from and listening to others.
- Self-motivated, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and adept at
thriving in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to
continuous improvement.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and
spoken, with the capability to articulate design decisions
effectively to internal clients.
- Infuse passion, creativity, and a sense of humor into work,
demonstrating an essential and vibrant
perspective.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in graphic design or

salary range is $80,000 - $100,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive

offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including
