Bilingual Spanish Warehouse Supervisor/DISTRIBUTION SECTOR Key player & solid Co. within the food sector is actively interviewing. This Co. is proud to be an distributor of many delicious lines of food. As a key member of the organization, individual selected will directly supervise, train, and ensures the safety in the plant. Seeking a professional key player that will assist with developing and implementation of plans to reduce damage and control loss. Seeking a reliable go to person that is able to handle coordination with warehouse personal to provide necessary shipping documents for the daily shipments. In addition this role will take the lead in ensuring that all employees work safely and follow Company rules, policies and Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP?s). You will have the trusted role of maintaining a high level of morale and camaraderie within the department.Lastly, ensuring plant equipment, packaging machinery, packaging rooms, warehouse and perimeter areas are cleaned daily in accordance with federal, state, local and Company regulations. Seeking someone who will also conducts facility inspections.
