Job Description:

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance and Coaching Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations of customer interactions to uphold service quality standards
Provide actionable feedback and coaching to team members for professional development
Document evaluation results and generate performance reports for management review

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma and ISO 9001 are advantageous
ITIL Foundation certification is required
Extensive experience in service desk operations or quality assurance
Proven proficiency in analytical skills
