Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator
responsible for managing customer payments and financial
records.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently post customer payments in the CieTrade system and
maintain accurate records
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies while communicating
with Account Management and customers
Generate weekly aging reports and manage proactive collections of
past due balances
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; associate's degree in business or
accounting preferred
At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
