Systems is looking for a mid-level Systems Engineer to support
sustainment of the Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) application. The
qualified candidate will be working on a multi-disciplinary team,
in an agile environment to integrate, deploy, and support complex
SW/HW based systems. Tasks may include identifying, documenting,
and tracking requirements; performing requirements analysis;
performing software/system integration, regression, verification,
and validation testing; deployment on cloud and installation on
premises; and training both in-person and remotely. Candidate will
install and configure software on various platforms as well as
support system administrators in the field with installation and
configuration. Candidate will travel independently and represent
the program at customer sites. Position may require business travel
to customer locations in support of product demonstrations,
software installation, system testing, and training events.The
qualified candidate will have the opportunity to work with
platforms and mission applications for intelligence and defense
customers with domain emphasis on Geospatial Intelligence, Command,
Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and
Reconnaissance (C4ISR), and Targeting Systems. JTT is a suite of
software tools that supports the joint targeting cycle from
objectives and guidance to combat assessment through management of
critical intelligence data. It provides the functionality to
perform target development and analysis, weaponeering, and the

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical discipline and 6+
years related experience (or equivalent)
- US Citizenship and ability to maintain a security clearance by
the Federal Government
- Ability to perform requirements identification, analysis,
documentation, and tracking
- Ability to analyze customer needs, write user stories, and
identify technical tasks to achieve schedule goals
- Experience with testing and reporting
- Ability to work with customers in a test environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, users, and
contractors from the DoD communities
- Can-do, curious mind that isn't afraid to tackle and
investigate new issues
- Process improvement minded, to increase program efficiency
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be
productive in a dynamic, collaborative, and agile environment
- Strong oral and written communications skillsPreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering
- Systems Engineering related work experience, activities,
processes, and methodologies (Agile, waterfall, etc.),
- Experience establishing and working with Agile teams
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with cloud deployment
- Experience with installation on various platforms
- Knowledge of requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of various scripting languages (e.g., shell,
JavaScript, Python, etc.)
- Experience setting-up and running test tools (e.g.,
Cypress)
- Familiarity with JTT or targeting
- Familiarity with using VMs
- Security +Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 -
$191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
