ACT-1 Legal solutions is actively recruiting a superstar senior level real estate transactional for one of its top clients in the IE. Ideal candidate will have minimum of 6 years of extensive experience in representing landlords, tenants, purchasers, sellers and developers, with respect to drafting,

reviewing, analyzing, negotiating a variety of transactional documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, covenants and easements; review title and survey; and research and draft legal memoranda pertaining to various real estate and related issues.
