San Bernardino area which is in immediate need for mid level
corporate/business attorney. Ideal candidate will have minimum of 4
years of experience in business transactions, tax, and corporate
compliance. Candidates should have extensive experience in forming
and maintaining corporations, limited liability companies and
partnerships, as well as experience in mergers and
acquisitions.
