Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Global Account Consultant to
manage relationships with key Workforce Mental Health
customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on international
service delivery
Lead discussions on international agenda items during customer
meetings
Monitor international risk and develop effective mitigation
strategies
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience managing customer relationships, with at
least 5 years in an EAP setting
Strong project management skills and experience working on
cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple customers
Passion for mental health
Professional and quality-oriented approach to work
