Job Description:
A company is looking for an EDI Analyst I (B2B SaaS).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with inquiries related to 837/835 transactions via
chat/email support
Resolve support ticket inquiries, including clearinghouse
rejections and EDI rules
Monitor accounts for enrollment-related issues and ensure timely
enrollment processes
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)
Experience with healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment processes for Part A
and/or Part B facilities
Experience as an EDI Analyst, particularly in troubleshooting
clearinghouse/payer rejections
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work
independently
Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software is
preferred
