you.THE ROLEWe are seeking experienced Sales Consultants to help
continue our growth trajectory and drive deeper market penetration
through continued adoption of our innovative technology. As the
face of Intellijoint Surgical, you will build strong relationships
with surgeons, their care teams, and our industry partners to
ensure that our technology becomes the go-to solution for hip and
knee replacement procedures.Are you ready to make a big impact in a

- Lead New Business Generation: Growth is your top priority.
You'll lead complex sales activities involving multiple
decision-makers, generate leads, do product demos, work with legal
teams to finalize contracts, and ensure long-term satisfaction
post-sale.
- Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain relationships with
surgeons, hospital staff, and other healthcare providers. You'll
provide expert guidance and training to ensure independent use of
our products and continued customer satisfaction.
- Expand Accounts: Work with current customers to deepen their
use of Intellijoint's products. You'll also team up with
distribution partners to make sure everything is running
smoothly.
- Train Surgeons and OR Staff: You'll deliver top-notch training
to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff, making sure everyone knows how
to use our tech safely and effectively. You'll also provide support
during select surgical cases as needed.
- Stay Accountable: Keep the lines of communication open. You'll
report back to the Regional Sales Manager and your peers on new
business pipeline projections and utilization using our CRM
tools.
- Drive Product Improvements: Collaborate with our Product
Specialist team to bring back customer feedback and spot new
opportunities for growth.
- Handle Inventory & Logistics: Ensure equipment and assets are
where they need to be. This includes delivering trays and
consumables to facilities and helping with system updates and
setups.WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
- You meet (and exceed) your goals each and every quarter.
- The number of hospitals and systems using Intellijoint has
increased.
- You have deepened the relationships with existing key
accounts.
- Surgeons, Nurses, and OR staff are trained and knowledgeable to
use our tech safely and effectively.WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 3 - 5+ years of documented sales success in the medical device,
medical technology, or orthopedics sector.
- Or 8+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record
of exceeding targets within a technical field.
- A solid understanding of anatomy is a big plus!TRAVEL
REQUIREMENTS
- A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a
vehicle.
- A passport for occasional travel between the U.S. and
Canada.
- Travel within your territory is a key part of this role, and
you should be prepared for regular travel as needed, with
flexibility to manage your schedule. We value work-life balance and
provide support to help you manage both. However, be prepared to
spend up to 5 nights per month away from home, with the potential
for some weekend and after-hours work.PHYSICAL JOB
REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent two-handed lifting of up to 40 lbs. from floor to
chair/table and from one to another surface at approximately the
same level.
- Sitting, standing, and/or walking for up to eight plus hours
per day.
- Ability to wear 7-9 lbs of lead for extended periods of time
while in the Operating Room.
- Environmental exposures include eye protection, infectious
disease, and radiation.
- Ability to navigate tight spaces within an Operating Room.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust
focus in relation to travel and operating a personal computer.The
