Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Change Management to
support business change initiatives impacting the Customer Team
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute organizational change management strategies
aligned with Customer Team initiatives
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and create change impact
assessments
Design and implement communication and engagement strategies for
projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or
equivalent experience
Five years of relevant experience in change management or related
fields
Advanced knowledge of lean/agile change management
methodologies
Understanding of risk identification and mitigation
Familiarity with project management methodologies
